The universal high enriched toning system which manufactured by our company adopts the Resin Minimal Pigment Concentrates, and it can prepares the high enriched universal Color Master Batch. This system doesn’t need enough 1K and 2K Color Master Batch as conventional toning system, it only needs a suit of high enriched Color Master Batch to prepare different mixed resin, then mixes the paint such as 2K pure color, 2K matte color，1K metallic paint, 1K nacrolacquer and so on. This system can reduce the storage for the toning terminal, and expand the toning range, so that we can get high output with low input.

      There are more than 70 kinds of high enriched universal Color Master Batch in our company, including true color series, pink silver series and pearl gray series。We can get true color, metallic flash and glistening surface coating material mixing with different resin.

      The high enriched Color Master Batch has very low resin content, and it has the universal compatibility with many mixed resin, also has the stability and can be dispersed with the resin easily.
